Our final wedding of 2018 took place just a couple of days before Christmas at Sandburn Hall on the outskirts of York.
We’ve played here plenty of times before and we can totally recommend Sandburn as a great place for a wedding or any celebration. The team there are fabulous and the look and feel of the venue is amazing – and seeing it dressed for Christmas took it to a whole other level.
Our happy couple had requested ‘1000 Years’ by Christina Perri as their first dance. It was amazing to watch the dance floor fill up with friends and family as we performed the song. We then kicked in with the up tempo numbers to keep them there.
As usual we mixed old and new songs to ensure that there was something for everyone and we even squeezed in some Christmas tunes! Tom was DJ for the evening so we were able to keep up the pace between sets!
This was a great night to finish our run of weddings for 2018. But a run of parties and New Year’s Eve itself will keep us busy right up until the end!
