This summer, we were lucky enough to perform at so many incredible weddings across Yorkshire, but Niall and Coli’s celebration at White Syke Fields near York was a real highlight for us.
As a Yorkshire wedding band, we’re always excited when we get to play at unique venues, and White Syke Fields is truly something special. Set in the Yorkshire countryside, the venue offers couples an amazing blank canvas, with plenty of space and flexibility to create a wedding that feels completely their own.
A Stunning Yorkshire Wedding Venue
When we arrived early on Saturday morning to load in our equipment, we were blown away by the setup. Niall and Coli had made full use of the venue, transforming the space into a beautiful and welcoming setting for their big day. From a performer’s point of view, it’s always a joy to work at a venue that’s so well thought out and musician-friendly.
Even better, we were treated to a proper stage to perform from, which always helps us bring extra energy to the performance and really connect with guests on the dance floor.
A Personalised Wedding Band Experience
One of the things we pride ourselves on as a live wedding band in Yorkshire is tailoring every performance to each couple. Niall and Coli knew exactly what they wanted and worked closely with us to curate a set list that reflected their tastes and kept their guests dancing all night.
This attention to detail extended to their first dance:
“No One” by Alicia Keys – a beautiful song, but definitely a challenge for any live band. We love being pushed musically, and we’re happy to say it went down a storm. Moments like these are why live music makes such a difference to a wedding day.
An Unforgettable Night
We had an incredible time playing for Niall and Coli and their guests. The dance floor was full, the atmosphere was electric, and it was one of those nights that reminds us exactly why we love what we do.
